Our GlobalBusiness Applications team develops and operates a new IT ecosystem in close cooperation with the users to meet the needs of international, operational logistics in a consolidated application landscape.

What you can do
In this exciting role, you will analyze the technical requirements as well as the business processes within our international, logistical application landscape "New Eco System" (NES) as well as in its interfaces to peripheral systems.
You organize cross-departmental workshops, identify the needs of the specialist representatives, question existing processes and convert the collected knowledge into user stories.
You identify optimisation potential and implement it as an IT service.
You will implement the solutions in cooperation with our development partners according to agile process models.
You ensure day-to-day operations, provide 2nd/3rd level support for the systems you support, test new functionalities and train the users.
What you bring to the table
You have several years of experience as a business analyst and have continued your education in this field.
You have practical experience in agile development methods (Kanban / Scrum) and have anchored the agile mindset in your DNA.
Your conceptual skills will enable you to quickly grasp complex issues, identify the core of requirements and develop holistic solutions.
As a doer, you drive topics and innovations forward independently.
You communicate orally and in writing in German and have a good (oral) knowledge of a second national language. You can also communicate well in English.
