CSR

Whether its ensuring we're reducing our environmental impact at every turn, or supprting our local communities through charity outreach, we're a socially concious business that acts on its core purpose: To be the fastest and most sustainably growing talent business in the world through innovation and service excellence.

Our Purpose

  • Be the fastest and most sustainably growing talent business in the world through innovation and service excellence.
  • Have a meaningful and significant impact on wellbeing and inclusion in the workplace.

Our values

How we work is just as important as the results we produce. Our values have been instrumental in creating a business that delivers on its promises to its clients, candidates and employees.

Impact with purpose

We’re committed to making a meaningful impact on the world of work, and to do that requires transparency, commitment and accountability. So we’ve clearly set out the methods and metrics in which we’ll measure the impact of our wellbeing and inclusion and commitment, alongside our wider business goals.

Growth

  • Revenue and GP growth
  • Headcount growth

Excellence

  • Client retention, acquisition, and conversion
  • Customer service measurement (NPS)

Wellbeing

  • Staff retention and engagement
  • Diversity and inclusion

We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint as we embark on our journey to become carbon neutral.

At JCW, we create an environment that educates and empowers our employees to make the small choices that have a huge cumalitive impact. Some of the ways we try to reduce our impact on the environment include:

  • Green team – creation of a global environment committee to drive the company’s green agenda and policies
  • Paperless office pledge – we only print essential documents and when do have to print something, we’ll ensure it’s on recycled paper
  • Recycle and reuse - We recycle everything we can, from coffee pods, paper, printer cartridges, plastic cartons and more
  • Turn it off – lights, computers and screens, if it can be turned off it is
  • Suppliers that care – We want to work with suppliers that care as much about the planet as we do, and we make procurement decisions with this in mind
  • Educate and train – Education and awareness for all staff as part of our onboarding on the cumulative impact we can have on the planet
  • Travel – an increased usage of video calls to reduce the need for business travel

Social responsibility

From climbing mountains to running marathons and to our annual charity auction, we’re proud to continue to support organisations that are making an impact with our dedicated fundraising efforts.

We’re proud to support the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), a charity that’s taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living.

Globally, close to 800,000 people die from suicide every year. CALM exists to change this - by offering life-saving services, provoking conversation, and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
