Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; technical/mathematical focus preferred

3–5 years’ experience in a quality role within an ISO-certified environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume setting

Working knowledge of:
-
ISO 9001/ISO 13485 a plus
-
Process capability and its impact on production, equipment, and assembly
-
Problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, etc.)
-

Self-motivated and capable of working independently at remote sites
-
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) a plus
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong communication (written, verbal, and technical)
-
Excellent time management and organizational skills
-
Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
-
Experience in machining, fabrication, or assembly a plus
-
Some travel required
