JCW is currently working on behalf of a well-respected reinsurer that's seeking a skilled Commercial Auto Underwriter. In this role, you will be responsible for producing, underwriting, and servicing primary commercial accounts, with a particular emphasis on commercial auto, including autonomous vehicle exposures and tech-enabled fleet risks. You will manage and administer individual risk insurance policies, both admitted and non-admitted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite, price, and monitor insurance business to meet profitability targets while maintaining compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and production sources, and work with marketing and broker relationship leaders to enhance market presence.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in primary Commercial Auto underwriting; experience with excess and surplus lines, and multi-line knowledge is a huge plus
