Weโ€™re hiring for a dynamic, Spanish-speaking Head of Client Services with deep expertise in cards and payments to support American clients in a high-impact contract role.

๐Ÿ” Key Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish (written & spoken)

  • Proven experience with clients in the Americas

  • Strong understanding of cards/payments lifecycle (issuing, acquiring)

  • Experience with global schemes/networks: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, CUP, JCB

  • Solid track record of client issue resolution and autonomous leadership

  • Ability to document requirements, define scope, and drive business outcomes

  • Familiar with PSPs, acquirers, merchants, and the wider card scheme ecosystem

  • Comfortable navigating complex internal/external stakeholder environments

  • Skilled in project management and data-driven business reviews

  • Strong cross-functional communication, including with technical teams and executives

  • Lead client-facing services across the Americas region

  • Manage key projects and resolve complex technical/business issues

  • Deliver insights through data analysis and make strategic recommendations

  • Build strong relationships to become a trusted client partner

  • Interface with technical and project teams to drive execution
