Finance Director/Controller

Are you ready to take on a pivotal financial leadership role in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for an experienced Finance Director / Controller to drive our client's financial operations and strategic growth.

What you’ll do:

• Lead financial reporting, planning, and compliance processes

• Manage month-end and year-end closings

• Oversee tax, VAT, cash flow, and audit activities

• Act as a strategic partner across departments and regions

• Support global consolidation efforts under Swiss & UK GAAP

What we’re looking for:

• Swiss-certified finance/accounting professional

• 6+ years’ experience in a comparable role

• Strong expertise in Swiss GAAP, VAT, and financial reporting

• Fluent in German, confident in English

• Proven leadership skills with a proactive mindset

Nice to have:

• International exposure (IFRS, UK GAAP)

• SAP or ERP experience

• Background in the industrial sector
