JCW has partnered with a leading mutual insurance group in hiring a Territory Sales Manager for their Delaware or Maryland territory. This person would play a crucial role on their Commercial Lines team in growing their distribution partner network. This is a remote position meaning there are no in office requirements, but the candidate must sit in Delaware or Maryland. If interested in this type of opportunity, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Leverage existing agent relationships in Delaware or Maryland to identify and appoint new commercial lines distribution partners.
• Pursue upsell, cross-sell, and recapture opportunities with agencies and brokers.
• Coordinate and present New Business Proposal Meetings and optional plans to agencies and brokers.
• Conduct key account pre-renewal discussions and review competitor plans to ensure competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial insurance experience.
• Proven sales experience in commercial lines within Western and Central PA.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
