• Over 10 years of experience in a creative role at a studio, network, production company, or literary agency/management firm.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Established network of writers and representatives.
• Stron Digital Marketing understanding.
• Strong grasp of story elements such as theme, tone, structure, plot, and narrative arcs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
• Passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Prior experience in digital marketing is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams effectively.
