JCW has partnered with a boutique insurance agency in New Hartford, NY to find a Strategic Client Manager to join the team and focus on employee benefits insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the "face" of the company to the client (around 80% externally facing)
- Work cross-functionally to deliver a pristine customer experience.
- Focus on relationship development, and retention, and negotiate when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in insurance servicing or underwriting capacities.
- Ability to travel to clients throughout the region.
- Attain and maintain applicable NYS licenses.
