Dylan is an established tax recruiter and consultant, who has quickly made a name for himself in tax. Though his primary focus is recruitment, he spends a lot of his time advising both candidates and clients to help them navigate the tax market’s difficult terrain. He understands the value in developing long term relationships, especially in this line of work, and believes the key to being successful is in having full transparency, as well as open and constant communication. Dylan recruits in multiple areas of tax across North America and is helping build out the New York office’s tax desk.
