JCW are currently working together with a leading Swiss law firm in the search for a Swiss qualified capital markets lawyer to join their team in Zürich.
Your role:
- Provide clients advice in the areas of stock exchange and capital markets law (including financing), mergers, takeovers and acquisitions
- Advise clients on topics such as general corporate and commercial law
- Manage transaction processes (due diligence, drafting/negotiating contracts),
- Help build and develop the practice further
- You have several years experience working with capital market transactions across other leading law firms in Switzerland
- You are admitted to the Swiss Bar
- You have a very good command of German and English and are able to work in multinational teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic law firm with high ambitions of growth
