Regional Product Manager - Marine

JCW has partnered with a brokerage in Long Beach, CA in hiring a Regional Product Manager to lead their Logistics Insurance department. Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support and manage the servicing of key accounts.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day activities in the Logistics Insurance department.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and renewal business submissions.
• Train and mentor department account managers and technicians.
• Conduct cargo seminars and training sessions for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• P&C producer License required within 60 days of hire.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
