About the Compliance Team
Our Compliance Team operates in a dual capacity, serving governance and regulatory roles while enabling client functions across various units. We are a diverse, talented group with a global presence, providing valuable oversight throughout the insurance lifecycle.
About You
With your extensive experience in managing compliance operations, you bring exceptional analytical skills and a results-oriented work style. Your solid interpersonal skills enable you to influence in a complex cross-functional environment, and you possess a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of compliance experience, with significant expertise in AML, data protection, and conduct risk, operating in a leadership role in the European retail insurance market.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail insurance, including Life and Health products, as well as Property and Casualty.
- Digital Transformation: Experience working on partner distribution models and digital transformation initiatives.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment, with a solid understanding of the European regulatory landscape.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of talent development and motivating teams to deliver strong performance.
- Technology Proficiency: Depth of understanding of technology and its utilization for efficiency and improvement gains in compliance programs.
- Judgment: Sound judgment and the ability to balance professional independence with client service.
