My client is a European Wealth Management company who is part of a large banking group.

YOUR TEAM AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for all enquiries relating to tax reporting for our clients.

THE SKILLS YOU WILL DEVELOP
  • Responsible for tax reporting for clients (consultants, external partners)
  • Data preparation and delivery of necessary data extracts for the preparation of tax reports to the external partner (incl. lists with the portfolios for which the reporting is to be prepared)
  • Random checks of the tax reports created by the external partner
  • Coding of the dispatch instructions in the system (CIM) for archiving the reports
  • Archive the tax reports using the system (New Access)
  • Delivery of the reports to the customers
  • ensuring the charging of fees for the delivered tax reports in cooperation with the customer advisors
  • Request tax certificates for DE dividend payments from the custodians
  • Creation of Earnings & Charges reports for clients
  • Manual preparation of acquisition data reports for netted customers/delivered securities
  • Determination and manual documentation of acquisition data for securities deliveries and delivery of this information to external partners for tax reporting
  • Supporting other departments with tax projects

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Sound knowledge of banking, with a focus on taxes / tax reporting
  • Analytical, structured and abstract thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently, carefully and reliably
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Quick comprehension, good teamwork skills and high motivation
  • Good Office user skills / knowledge of CIM and Apsys an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German and English, French an advantage
