To be successful you should have:
- 3+ years of experience working in a retail bank
- Experience as a universal banker or in branch management positions
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Day to day you will:
- Assist in running branch operations
- Provide excellent customer service by managing customer inquiries and complaints
- Coach branch employees and ensure bank policies are being adhered too
