Sean joined JCW in 2015 after graduating from London’s Royal Academy of Music and quickly trained up to be a risk recruitment expert, and risk is the discipline where he continues to specialize today. He works with financial services companies across the US, most often filling positions within operational and enterprise risk, quantitative risk and data, and financial risk areas like ALM, credit risk, and liquidity.
