JCW is working with a global AmLaw 100 firm to hire a commercial real estate/project finance associate for its Washington, DC office.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and project finance 
  • Experience in New Markets Tax Credit and/or Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit transactions
  • Experience with title and survey review and loan drafting documentation
