Senior Tax Accountant

We are partnered with a reputable proprietary trading firm seeking to add a bright and motivated tax accountant to their team. It's a highly visible role featuring plenty of facetime with company executives. Excellent opportunity for anyone looking to transition out of public accounting, and get involved with a rapidly growing in house firm.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in all tax accounting, compliance and provisions
- Collaborate with the firm's finance team to keep tax information up to date.
- Monitor and maintain tax accounts
- Work closely with senior leadership on special projects
- Aid in audit defense
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of public accounting experience
- Familiar with ASC740s and/or 1120s
- Excellent excel skills
- Passion for tax
- CPA a huge plus
