JCW has an opportunity for you to join a global Medical Devices company that is on a quest to help the 10% of Americans that are affected by a single disease. You will be leading a Systems Engineering team that are at the forefront of a long product development pipeline, you'll have a chance to choose how the team can add most value to the organization and patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive functional strategy to advance Systems Engineering through process, design practices, and organizational changes.
- Lead, direct and review the work of individual contributors on the Systems Engineering team.
- Lead multiple Systems Engineering activities in the product development life cycle.
Experience Required
- 10 years’ industry experience within systems engineering and or R&D functions within the Medical Devices industry.
- Experience being part of successful product launches.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
