Senior Legal Counsel

JCW are working with an international logistics company, active in the transportation industry, searching for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Zurich. You will report to the Head of Legal & must be fluent in German, & ideally Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the legal team, to give legal advice to their operations in Switzerland & Europe.
- Become the sole contact person for Switzerland & Austria.
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of contracts- both commercial & corporate.
- Become the contact person for local external counsel.
You need;
- At least 5 years of PQE legal experience.
- Ideally experience in an international company.
- Completed Swiss legal studies
- Admitted to the Swiss Bar (preferred)
- German mother-tongue and ideally Spanish fluency (preferred but not necessary)
