JCW are currently working together with a leading life insurance firm in the search for a Senior Legal Counsel to be based in Liechtenstein.

For this position, we are searching for experienced candidates with the following background:
- Master's degree in Law, a Bar admittance would be appreciated
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the life insurance /private banking sector as an in-house counsel or, alternatively, in a business law firm. Court experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of main EU insurance/financial law, with particular reference to IDD
- Experience in supporting wealth planning and structuring activities in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional situations would be an asset
- Autonomous, organized, proactive and flexible
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team of high expectations
- Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and creativity in finding solutions
