On the behalf of fast growth national clean energy provider, JCW are sourcing for an Attorney to help drive forward the adoption of a clean energy future.

The successful candidate will:
  • Negotiate acquisition structures and documentation 
  • Review, draft, and negotiate project documents such as power purchase agreements,
  • Research, review, interpret, draft, and negotiate financing documents,
  • Manage and supervise outside counsel
