My client are a consulting firm in Zurich looking to add to their regulatory compliance practice. 

The role: 
You advise clients (banks, insurance companies, asset managers) and carry out regulatory compliance advisory work, such as AML, regulatory compliance, and sanctions. 
You will advise clients about regulations and in preventing the risks of rule violations, fraud, and other illegal/unethical behavior
You carry out AML investigations, looking at client types such as trusts, complex funds, SPV's, and charities. 
You develop/improve regulatory processes and control systems
You help in the management of teams with clients 
You participate in regulatory horizon scanning 
You operate as an expert in presentations and publications
You participate in regulatory audits 

Essential experience:
You have a degree in law or economics
You have at least 4 years of experience in financial services in Switzerland, within a compliance role 
You have solid knowledge in other regulatory rules such as MiFID/FIDLEG etc.
