Background:

Our client, a leading Insurance broker, is working on a strategic project to reorganize its operations to ensure business continuity post Brexit. This project involves dealing with client’s key personnel to collate as well as analyse information supporting the Brexit project.

Job Profile:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Independently interview key client contacts to understand client’s business work streams and document process understanding in flowcharts
  • Collate, analyse and interpret data to facilitate strategic business analysis
  • Perform business impact analysis based on process understanding and data analysis
  • Perform economic analysis of lines of business
  • Perform scenario analysis based on multiple types of brokerage transactions across different lines of business
  • Evaluate legal interpretation to identify impact on multiple scenarios to design playbooks which will guide future transactions that are compliant with post Brexit regulations

Skills:

Senior Business Analysts 

  • 5-6 BA years experience
  • Strong insurance knowledge either general or London Market
  • Senior stake holder management
  • Experience of regulatory compliance and change management
  • Ability to independently work under pressure by delivering qualitative results within stringent timelines
  • Excellent communication skills and soft skills
  • Experience in insurance and/or brokerage
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills
  • Experience in Brexit is an added advantage (though not mandatory)
