Job Title: Actuarial Advisor - Health and Wealth Solutions, Global Insurance Firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Benefit Consultation: Provide expert advice on employee benefit schemes, including conducting actuarial valuations for pension funds and group insurances.

• Financial Compliance: Assist in the accounting and consolidation of employee benefits, ensuring adherence to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) or US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP) for multinational clients.

• Mergers & Acquisitions: Contribute to mergers and acquisition projects by evaluating and advising on the human capital implications.

• ALM Studies: Participate in Asset Liability Management (ALM) studies for pension funds to optimize investment strategies.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate within a dynamic team of actuaries and advisors to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Experience Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Hold a master's degree in mathematics, preferably with a specialization in actuarial sciences.

• Relevant Experience: Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of actuarial principles and processes.

• Language Proficiency: Exhibit excellent proficiency in Dutch or French, as well as English, enabling effective communication and documentation.

• Analytical Mindset: Display a genuine passion for analyzing data and numbers, with a keen eye for detail.

• Technical Proficiency: Be an experienced user of MS Office, particularly Excel, as it is a fundamental tool for this role.

• Team Player: Embrace a service-oriented, collaborative approach and have a history of contributing effectively within a team.
