SBA Lending Team Lead (Midwest)

JCW Search is currently partnering with one of the country's most established national SBA Lenders to continue building portfolios across the Miswestern Region. Ideal candidates will be experienced in SBA 7(a) and 504 business development within Chicago and surrounding markets, and have experience in managing lenders. This is a perfect position fora player/coach looking to move to a culture-first, award-winning team with established stability and competitive compensation.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in SBA lending 
• Experience managing employees 
• Established book of business required
