JCW is working with an AmLaw 100 firm to hire a project finance associate to join its energy project development and finance practice group.
What we're looking for:
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of project finance experience
- Experience in US project development and finance with renewable energy projects
- Experience with purchase agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, and other principal financing documentation
- Experience with PPAs, EPCs, development agreements, and other commercial project documentation
- Admitted or eligible for admission in MA, DC, NY or CA
