The client is a top firm in North New Jersey, looking to add a Regulatory Healthcare Attorney to their team. Day to day you will have to:
Collaborate with both external and internal experts to create strategies to mitigate risk for a variety of compliance and regulatory legal issues as well as complying with rules, regulations, policies, laws, and company objectives.
Help build the healthcare regulatory function of the firm, improving best practices
Training and educating as well as providing strategic guidance to the company’s business teams and leaders on legal issues relating to healthcare regulatory compliance
A successful candidate has:
JD from an accredited law school
Must have Bar admission in NJ; NY is a plus
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Experience with Antitrust and competition laws is a plus
Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations (including HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare policy, corporate practice doctrines, etc)
