Regional VP - Commercial Lending Officer

JCW has partnered with a rapidly growing commercial bank in hiring a Regional Vice President of Commercial Lending in Sugar Grove, Illinois. We are seeing Commercial Loan Officers with experience lending within CRE and/or C&I, and has interest managing a team of 4-6 direct reports. Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing commercial business relationships with CRE and C&I customers.
• Utilize analytical skills to make critical loan decisions and solve problems while assessing financial, economic and statistical data to manage risk.
• Manage a team of 4-5 commercial lenders.
• Ensure compliance in credit policies and procedures.
• Perform rigorous analysis of transactions and resolves problem accounts in partnership with other teams and specialists.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years commercial lending experience in a traditional banking environment.
• Preferred: Bachelors Degree in business or related field of study.
• Proven knowledge of credit products and functions.
• Management experience.
