One of our longest standing clients is soon to be going live with a large-scale implementation and find themselves in need of a Payroll expert to come on board and guide them through. It is imperative that you have a strong grasp on Workday.
The client has an excellent culture with a great rate of attrition. This is a forward-thinking and autonomous business that encourages thinking outside the box.
Essential skills for the position include knowledge of UK Payroll, HMRC Legislation and to have previously assisted in the build of Workday and care of Payroll after the ‘go-live’ date.
Desirable skills include Workday payroll knowledge and report-building knowledge. Possessing the ability to build payroll-specific reports will put you in a strong position to be successfully in securing this role. Exposure to and an understanding of the digital challenges companies face when in a growth period from a payroll perspective is highly desirable to the client.
