Recruiting on behalf of a big four, for a Regulatory Risk Manager to join the Risk Management team based in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a rapidly growing area supported by an increased focus across the industry. Your key responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external client relationships. You will also identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing engagements.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising clients on key areas of regulation across Financial Services (examples of which are outlined above) and having the ability to interpret and understand the practical implementation considerations associated with such areas of regulation
  • Supporting Engagement leads in managing and providing SME input on areas such as areas such as Legal Entity Change Programmes, Capital, Liquidity, Risk Management,
  • Managing project work streams and leading small and medium sized engagements
  • Supporting Engagement leads in managing client stakeholders across multiple disciplines and/ or jurisdictions
  • Identifying issues as well as offer potential solutions to clients and other stakeholders
  • Undertaking analysis and presenting of key findings to stakeholders of varying levels of seniority
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Confident and credible communicator with good technical knowledge and commercial understanding
  • Project management and strong report writing skills
  • Demonstrable regulatory knowledge relevant to the role
  • Experience in stakeholder and client management
  • Ability to drive business development and contribute to the growth of the companies market solutions
