JCW is currently working with one of the top insurance groups who are looking to add an Associate Claims Specialist to their team. In this fully remote position you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with experienced claim professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage specialty claims for strategic products.
- Provide high-quality customer service and efficient claim resolutions.
- Adhere to claims management standards for accuracy and timeliness.
- Proactively achieve cost-effective resolutions.in retrocession treaties
Education & Experience:
- 1+ year of client facing experience.
- College degree/equivalent work experience.
- J.D preferred but not required.
