JCW are working with a global manufacturing and engineering group, searching for a Legal Counsel to join the team in Zurich. The position is a hybrid position between Zurich and Zug (2 days a week), with WFH availability.
You will be:

- Negotiating international contracts (purchasing, IT, sales, research and development)
- Support M&A and compliance tasks too.
- Supporting the business on-site.
- German and English fluency.
- Swiss Bar exam is a preference.
- At least 3 years of experience across commercial law.
- Manufacturing or engineering in-house experience.
