JCW is working with a global AmLaw 100 firm with a top-ranked Labor & Employment practice group to hire a mid-level L&E associate for its San Francisco office.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of management-side employment litigation experience
- Experience handling wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment disputes
- Some experience in OSHA and/or traditional labor
