KYC Manager

JCW Search are currently seeking a KYC Manager to join our insurance client based in Luxembourg. As a KYC Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of our client relationships. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing reinsurance company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end KYC process, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding of new clients and the periodic review of existing clients.
• Develop and maintain KYC policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain and verify client information, perform due diligence, and assess potential risks.
• Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and implement necessary updates to the KYC process to remain compliant.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of KYC analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in KYC management within the financial or reinsurance industry.
• Strong understanding of Luxembourg's regulatory landscape and international AML/KYC standards.
• Excellent knowledge of client onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
