We are currently seeking a talented Junior Analyst to join our team for a 3-month contract role focused on KYC Data Cleansing. Job Description:
As a Junior Analyst working on the KYC Data Cleansing project, you will be responsible for the mapping of data from one system to another, indexing, and labeling data. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to maintain data accuracy will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with regulatory requirements and data quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Mapping: Transfer data from one system to another while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  2. Data Indexing: Create a structured index for easy retrieval and referencing of KYC data.
  3. Data Labelling: Accurately label data elements to aid in the categorization and identification of key information.
  4. Quality Assurance: Review data for discrepancies and inconsistencies, and perform data cleansing to maintain high data quality standards.
  5. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data mapping processes and any changes made.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the KYC team to understand project requirements and ensure data compliance.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Experience: Approximately one year of experience in KYC and Data Cleansing or similar projects within the financial services sector.
  3. Data Management: Familiarity with data mapping, indexing, and labelling techniques.
  4. Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of KYC regulations and data quality standards.
  5. Availability: Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week, located in the City of London.
