Junior Controller

Join my client in an exciting phase of growth and expansion as they pave the way for tomorrow's intelligent and resource-saving supply chain. They are seeking a junior controller to join their administration team and contribute to the success of their innovative telematics and software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to internal and external reporting, assisting in planning and forecasting processes.
• Act as the first point of contact for controlling matters, providing support with monthly financial statements.
• Generate business ad hoc evaluations, management reports, target/actual comparisons, and deviation analyses.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and present qualified decision-making bases.
• Independently handle calculations for our products and contribute to sub-projects.
• Ensure high-quality standards are met in all your work.

Requirements:

• A degree in economics with a focus on finance/controlling or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Some professional experience in controlling, with invoicing knowledge being advantageous.
• Strong affinity for numbers, conceptual and methodological skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Navision), BI tools, and databases is desirable.
• Passion for numbers, a positive mindset, and an ability to thrive in international teams.
• Fluent in German and English, with a valid work permit in Germany or Switzerland.
• Enthusiasm for IIoT, telematics, and innovative digital topics.
