Our client is a specialist and dynamic private markets asset manager invested in transformative technology for financial services with a presence across London, New York and Stockholm.
The investment team is responsible for the various stages of deal execution as well as managing relationships with investment bankers, lawyers, accountants, management teams and other professionals involved in the deal process.
Individuals from the investment team are responsible for working closely with the portfolio partners to ensure portfolio companies are progressing according to plan. Responsibilities include financial reporting and preparation and execution of capital events, as well as provision of information to the fund auditors, accountants and administrators with regards to the portfolio companies.
You will Have:
A strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques, including experience with DCF and comparable company analysis. The ability to analyse financial statements, build valuation models, and conduct sensitivity analyses are essential for assessing investment
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields. Master's degree or MBA from a top-tier business school preferred but not required.
3-10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas – private equity or venture capital, asset management, investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or corporate development roles – and preferably with a focus on financial services
