A successful candidate has:

JD from an accredited law school

Must have Bar admission in NJ; NY is a plus

Minimum 7+ years of experience

Experience with government investigations, healthcare litigation and white-collar proceedings. Ideal candidate will have former federal prosecutor experience.

Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations (including HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare policy, corporate practice doctrines, etc)
