JCW is working with an AmLaw 100 firm with a top-ranked Health Care practice to hire a regulatory health care associate for its Washington, DC office.
Your day-to-day:
Your day-to-day:
- Researching, analyzing and advising on Medicaid and Medicare requirements as well as state and federal fraud and abuse laws
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Advising on health plans, health care regulatory due diligence and analysis of transaction structures
- Familiarity with state and federal fraud and abuse laws (Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act)
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D
- Experience with FDA, DEA, or pharmacy regulatory matters
- Admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia
