Head of Operational Resilience

Are you an experienced leader with the drive and ambition to deliver operational resilience for an insurance and asset management firm?

We are looking for a Head of Operational Resilience to join our client's team and take ownership of the firm's operational resilience agenda.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a framework to ensure the firm's operational resilience capabilities meet business objectives. This will involve developing a comprehensive set of policies and procedures, incident management and business continuity plans, and delivering the resilience agenda.

The role requires an individual with a strong background in operational resilience, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in delivering a successful operational resilience framework, and be able to manage a small team.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Extensive knowledge and experience of operational resilience frameworks, policies and procedures
• Proven track record in developing operational resilience plans
• Ability to manage and develop a small team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to interpret and analyse data
• Excellent problem-solving skills
