JCW are currently working together with a leading international insurance firm in the search for a Head of Accounting to be based in Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity to take management for up to 10 employees and report directly to the CFO.

For this position, we are searching for experienced candidates with the following background:
- Holds a graduate degree in Finance/Economics
- Experience of at least 5 years in the field of Finance with proven experience in team management.

Knowledge of the Luxembourg insurance market is an advantage

Experience in project management

Knowledge and experience of SAP is an advantage

Fluency in French and English (any other language is an asset, especially German)

Good knowledge of MS Office tools and more particularly Excel functionalities

Organizational capacity, proactivity and quality orientation and customer satisfaction
