JCW are working with a manufacturing company based South of Zurich- we are searching for a Head of Legal.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the group compliance programme.
- Experience with M&A transactions.
- Review and negotiate contracts and give legal advice for all business aspects (supply chain, sales, marketing etc)
Your profile:
- 5 years plus of legal and compliance experience.
- Fluent German and English skills.
