JCW Search are currently working with an automotive manufacturing client based near Solothurn to recruit for a Group Controller. We can offer hybrid working conditions, and they are looking to speak with candidates immediately.

- Work on enhancing the product cost calculation methodology, and develop measurement and reporting mechanisms for ongoing improvement.

Play a key role in the annual forecasting process

Serve as a competent business partner for various specialized areas within the organization.

Actively participate in group projects and contribute to the creation of ad hoc analyses.

Requriements

Professional qualification with additional training in finance and controlling.

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling within an international industrial production environment.

Proficiency in project work and willingness to engage in controlling activities.

Fluent in English and at least B1 level German

At least 2 years experience with SAP FICO

Travel: Willingness to travel internationally
