JCW is currently working on a search for a Fraud Risk Consultant with a leading professional services organization for their Charlotte, NC location. The qualified candidate will be a fraud risk first-responder. The incumbent will be experienced at designing risk mitigation strategies that protect an entire organization. This individual will love creating efficient processes and workflows. This role will look at the big picture to design solutions for each area. Finally, the incumbent will know how to implement these solutions across the entire organization, documenting results and methods along the way.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understand the scope of a client’s fraud risk and work collaboratively to mitigate exposure across infrastructure, operations, and workflows
  • Support project teams, share insights, and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first
  • Explore new design-based approaches to improve the client/customer experience

Position requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of work experience in the fraud sector within the banking, capital markets, or insurance industries (payments fraud, account takeover, card fraud, claims fraud, deposit fraud, employee fraud)
  • 2 years of work experience designing and implementing fraud operations processes and workflows
