Finance Manager

The client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their New York office and be a part of the international finance team. You will be reporting directly into the CEO and be given the autonomy to work in a way that will best make you successful. Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of group financial accounts for P/L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting management reports, budgets, and quarterly forecasts
• Analysis of results and preparation of monthly and annual financial, management, and statutory reports

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/ CPA a plus
• Minimum 3+ years experience from an accounting firm with a real estate focus
• Understanding of valuations, consolidations, inter-company transactions, tax-basis, GAAP and IFRS accounting is recommended for success in this role
• Experience in the real estate sector, fund management, or private equity
