JCW is currently working with a Management Consultancy who are hiring a Finance Manager.
The company provides a range of leadership advisory, governance, and executive search services for their clients.
Reporting line: CFO
Contract type: Permanent
Hybrid working: 4 days in this office, 1 day remote.
Location: 8th Arrondissement, Paris
Interview process: 2-3 stages
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Office's financial activities, including billing strategy, invoice preparation, oversight of intercompany transactions, forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Construct financial models and analyses crucial for backing strategic ventures and facilitating decision-making within the Group.
- Track financial performance in comparison to budgets and forecasts, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Formulate and uphold financial policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
- Offer invaluable financial advice and direction to business leaders and other vested parties.
- Identify prospects for cost reduction and refining operational processes.
- Build robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain a collaborative network.
Experience Required:
- You must speak fluent English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in cost control and financial analysis.
- Good familiarity with French financial regulatory standards.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
