JCW is working with a global AmLaw 100 firm with a top-ranked Labor & Employment practice group to hire an ERISA litigation associate or counsel for its Los Angeles or San Francisco offices, or remotely.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Experience litigating ERISA fiduciary breach class actions
- We will also consider candidates with an interest in ERISA litigation and strong transferable experience in complex commercial litigation in federal or state court
- California State Bar admission preferred
