JCW has partnered with a US based consumer bank looking to expand their Internal Audit team. As IT Audit Director, you will manage a team and provide oversight to audit engagements. This role is a hybrid model in Tampa, FL, Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX.

- Oversee & manage a team of IT Auditors
- Lead the execution and motoring of audit processes while identifying improvements
- Communicate with stakeholders & business leaders on findings to mitigate risk
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Finance, Accounting, Information Technology)
- Minimum of 8 years audit experience in financial services or banking
- Direct team lead or management experience required
