Corporate/M&A startup lawyer

My client, a boutique law firm specialising with startup clients, are looking to hire a corporate/M&A lawyer due to the firms' growth. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute and become part of a dynamic team with great opportunities for advancement. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely, to ensure optimal flexibility between everyday life and work.

- At least 2-5 years of experience in Swiss corporate law / M&A – ideally in the startup world. Expertise in data protection would be a plus, but not essential.
- Admitted to Swiss bar (or equivalent).
- Project and people management skills.
- Growth mindset, bias toward action, team spirit.
- Curious about new technologies and working with startups.
- Ready to go the extra mile for our clients and the team.
- Happy with remote work setup.
- Proficient in German and English (both at least C2)
- Based in Switzerland, willing to commute to the client's Coworking Day 1x/month in Bern (sometimes Zurich)
- 80%-100% workload.
