My client, a boutique law firm specialising with startup clients, are looking to hire a corporate/M&A lawyer due to the firms' growth. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute and become part of a dynamic team with great opportunities for advancement. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely, to ensure optimal flexibility between everyday life and work.
Requirements:
At least 2-5 years of experience in Swiss corporate law / M&A – ideally in the startup world. Expertise in data protection would be a plus, but not essential.
Admitted to Swiss bar (or equivalent).
Project and people management skills.
Growth mindset, bias toward action, team spirit.
Curious about new technologies and working with startups.
Ready to go the extra mile for our clients and the team.
Happy with remote work setup.
Proficient in German and English (both at least C2)
Based in Switzerland, willing to commute to the client's Coworking Day 1x/month in Bern (sometimes Zurich)
80%-100% workload.
